REPRESENTATIVE JEB BRADLEY PRESENTS AWARD TO LACONIA AREA COMMUNITY LAND TRUST

Congressman Jeb Bradley (R-NH) presented Laconia Area Community Land Trust (LACLT) with a Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence award from the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition (AHTCC) at a luncheon ceremony on Capitol Hill on June 7, 2006. LACLT received an honorable mention in the rural housing category for its Millview Apartments development, an 18-unit rental housing facility for tenants earning between 40 and 60 percent of area median income.
