AHTCC Submits Items for IRS 2008-2009 Priority Guidance Plan

On May 30, 2008, the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition submitted a letter proposing three issues be added to the Internal Revenue Service's 2008-2009 Priority Guidance Plan.

The three issues on which the Coalition has requested guidance are: non-renewal of leases of over income tenants; occupational preferences in tenant selection; and failure to timely file Form 8609 due to Credit agency delay.
